I’m not someone who’s had everything come their way in life. My love for start-ups took me through many company closings. Even the brilliant Ben Stiller Show went off the air – my very first job! I finally drank the Kool-Aid (more like tasted) and joined a corporate tv network, but it became too demanding with kids so I made a change.
Being single in NYC at 40 was not easy. I wasn’t sure I’d ever get married or have kids. My OBGN said it “was dismal” getting pregnant at my age. Then a magical meeting – and just like that – married and pregnant in a year.
I had zero stress about getting pregnant and did so easily and naturally at 42 and 46. I adored being pregnant and cherished every minute. People always said “you’re the least pregnant pregnant person.” Nothing stopped me.
I think I know a thing or two about health and positivity.
So you have a choice. Keeping a positive attitude and doing everything you can to let your body know you’re ready, including eating fertility friendly foods and taking care of your self. Or promote stress and negativity in your mind and body which will only lead to despair.
