Does this sound easy? Identifying one word to encapsulate your entire being can be fun, challenging, and soul searching. You could spend days searching for the perfect word or use the first word that comes to you mind.

This was one of my flagship questions in my pack of conversation cards, “If You Were a Cereal, What Kind Would You Be?” a fun pack of questions that you could bring to dinner parties, dates, girls nights and social occasions to spark memorable conversation. I simply could not be at one more party where every person asked “what do you do?” – so thinking of interesting questions became my job.
When cereal fell out of favor trailing the Gluten Free frenzy, it felt awkward promoting the cereal title and switched gears with a nice job at Bravo in the creative department and put my publishing company dream on hold (maybe I could have changed the title and at some point maybe I will).
Fast forward 10 years later, when I finally left my corporate job to pursue my new passion, health and fitness. I imagined how the kids would be in school all day as I launched a new career as a health coach. Then Covid took over all our lives with remote learning and a million other things and I scrapped that plan and began my best job: SAHM ( i.e. teacher, therapist, chef and cruise director.)
Now what ??? and what is my one word ??? I’m still thinking. What is yours?
